Last Call and Bar Service Closure:
For all events last call for alcohol will occur no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the event. Bar services will cease operation and all alcoholic beverage services will conclude 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event.
Alcohol Supply and Restocking Policy:
Guest count is a key factor in our alcohol estimates, and we require an accurate guest count to properly place orders for alcohol. Incorrect guest counts can impact event supplies. We guarantee that alcohol supplies will be available throughout your entire event. In the event that any items run out, we will restock them. However, within the last 40 minutes of the event, we will not restock specific items but will ensure a variety of drink options remain available until the bar closes.
